Poṣaṇa (पोषण) is a Sanskrit word that means "Nourishment, protection, and support for all aspects of your being"
Poṣaṇa Jam is an online gathering for health pros seeking soul in science and experiential mind-body practice.
Mind-body Practices like Meditation, Qui-gong, Ayurveda and Yoga can be profoundly transformative.
Poṣaṇa features BOTH informational & experiential learning. Be ready to practice!
You've experienced the benefit in your own life and want to share these practices with clients and patients, but you may not know how.
You know how powerful practices like yoga, meditation, qi gong are, and regularly or occasionally integrate them into your work - and want to connect with others who do too.
And you've got questions! Are these modalities too woo woo or evidence-based? What kind of credentials are needed to practice? How does it all work?
"... an incredible weekend filled with amazing presenters. I loved it all. I appreciate the breakouts and opportunities to share in small, intimate groups. Sessions were timed well, incredible info, and loved the experiences in between the lectures." - Poṣaṇa Jam 2024 Attendee
"My favorites were Imposter Syndrome, Infertility/Nutrition/Yoga, Intuitive Eating and Meditation, Ayurveda. The balance of interaction throughout the conference was excellent. The reflection points throughout were well-placed." Poṣaṇa Jam 2024 Attendee
"It was fabulous getting to know like-minded RDs. Finding this wonderful group of support. I really liked that the experiential sessions were sprinkled in with the learning. That helped get the blood flowing and give the mind a break." Poṣaṇa Jam 2024 Attendee
