Poṣaṇa Jam is an online gathering for Registered Dietitians, yoga teachers, and other health pros working at the intersection of nourishment science, embodiment, and social justice.
The word Poṣaṇa (पोषण) comes from the Sanskrit language and means "nourishment, protection, and support for all aspects of your being"

Annie B Kay is an integrative dietitian and certified yoga therapist in private telehealth practice in Western MA. She is the best-selling author of three trade books on nutrition and yoga therapy (Every Bite Is Divine, a finalist in 3 national book awards; Yoga & Diabetes published by the American Diabetes Association, and The Future of Sacred Yoga Therapy, a collaborative project to benefit the International Association of Yoga Therapy), and a CPE program for nutritionists, Yoga & Meditation; Tools for Weight Management.
She holds a BS in Nutritional Biochemistry from Cornell University, an MS in Nutrition Communications from Boston University, and certifications in medical yoga therapy and shamanic herbalism. Annie is the former Director of the MA Osteoporosis Awareness Program at the MA Department of Public Health in Boston, and was Lead Nutritionist at the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, the largest holistic education center in the US.

Sat Bir Singh Khalsa is the Director of Research for the Kundalini Research Institute, a Research Associate at the Benson Henry Institute for Mind Body Medicine, a Research Affiliate of the Osher Center for Integrative Medicine, and an Associate Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School in the Department of Medicine at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston.
Dr. Khalsa works with the International Association of Yoga Therapists to promote research on yoga and yoga therapy as the chair of the scientific program committee for the annual Symposium on Yoga Research and as editor-in-chief of the International Journal of Yoga Therapy. He is the medical editor of the Harvard Medical School Special Report An Introduction to Yoga and chief editor of the medical textbook The Principles and Practice of Yoga in Health Care.

Stacy K Leung is a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) and yoga instructor with over a decade of experience. As a dietitian, she has worked with individuals from a variety of cultural backgrounds and stages of life, including adolescents and pregnant women. Her philosophy is rooted in Health at Every Size and specializes in plant-based nutrition and mindful eating. Stacy has taught yoga globally to people of all-levels of experience. She strives to make the physical yoga practice fun and approachable in hopes that it will encourage people to further explore yoga and all that it has to offer.

Pamela Malo is a Registered Dietitian, certified coach, yoga instructor, and speaker. Her twenty-year career has included working in global health, private practice, the startup industry, politics, and government research. For over a decade, Pamela traversed the United States collecting data for the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES).
Pamela received her BS in International Nutrition from the University of Delaware and her Master's degree in Nutrition from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She currently serves as the Mind-Body Therapies Chair for Dietitians in Integrative and Functional Medicine (DIFM).
